William “Bill” A. Winter Jr.

William (Bill) A. Winter Jr. passed away peacefully in his sleep at home Thursday, September 17th, 2020 at the age of 71. He was preceded in passing by father William (Bill) A. Winter and mother Geraldine (Jeri) A. Winter. Beloved brother of Cheryl (Terry) Miller. He is also survived by nephews Jason (Brandon),  Jeremy (Amy) Alex and Ana, and niece Jaclyn (Randy) Tommy, Connor, and Olivia. Special friends Theresa and Taylor, and Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, and friends.

Bill’s favorite things were spending time with family, watching sports on TV, or out on the lake fishing. His “kids” (cats Sassy and Willie) were his pride and joy and loyal companions. Bill loved dressing as Santa at Christmas and especially seeing the joy he brought to people’s faces. For years, Bill and his mother visited countless events, hospitals, and the elderly as Mr. & Mrs. Klause. Bill was a long time member of the Eagles Club. With the Eagles, he volunteered setting up for 4th of July celebrations and annually worked the corn roast at State Fairs. He was elected as Vice President 3 years running and in the fourth year served as President.

The family would like to sincerely thank ALL the Medical Staff for giving care and comfort to him and tending to Bill’s needs.
