Walter “Bud” G. Shultz

Joined his loving wife, Lorraine, of 58 years on Friday, January 18, 2019. Age 89. Devoted father of Gary (Lorene) Shultz, Debbie (the late Jim) Cobb, and Patti (Jeffrey) Stannard. Proud grandfather of Tonya (Eric) Nelson, Jenna (Vince) Free, Shaun Stannard, Jesse (Allie) Stannard, and Cally Stannard. Also loved by other relatives and friends.

Bud served as a Corporal in the US Army, stationed in San Francisco. He was honorably discharged in 1954. He was married to Lorraine Gipp, for 58 years.

They built their home in Pewaukee in 1960. He was self-employed for over 30 years with Krug and Shultz Construction. Bud and Lorraine became members of St. John’s Lutheran Church in Lannon and sent their children to St. John’s Lutheran School. Bud was an avid sports lover and rarely missed a child’s or grandchild’s sporting event. Birds and squirrels were fed abundantly at the Shultz house, and the neighborhood dogs always knew Bud was good for a treat.

In lieu of flowers, memorials appreciated to St. John’s Lutheran Church.
