Walter D. Trapp, born into Eternal Life to be reunited with his wife Carol and son Thomas on Thursday, December 28, 2023 at age 96.  Beloved husband of Carol Trapp for 67 years.  Loving father of Todd Trapp and Jeffrey (Lynne) Trapp.  Caring grandpa of Jonathan, Michael, Sarah, and Lindsey.  Dear brother-in-law of Audrey Trapp.  Kind uncle of many nieces and nephews.  Also survived by other relatives, many cherished friends, and beloved neighbors at Shebandowan.  Preceded in death by his parents Walter and Olga (nee Meister) Trapp and his siblings Audrey (Chester) Grossman, Arline (Edwin) Maas, and Gordon Trapp.  Born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin on March 26, 1927.  Walter loved spending time at their cabin in Canada and fishing with his wife.

Visitation at Krause Funeral Home, 21600 West Capitol Drive, Brookfield, Wisconsin on Tuesday, January 9, 2024 from 4:00 p.m. to 6:15 p.m.  Funeral Service at 6:30 p.m.  Private entombment at Wisconsin Memorial Park.
