Virginia M. Teweles (nee Kiley) passed away peacefully on Tuesday, September 1^st 2026 at the age of 98. She was preceded in death by her husband, Marvin R. Teweles. She is survived by her children Patricia (Harvey) Liukonen, Daniel (the late Sue McCanna) Teweles, Diane (the late Bob) Gagnon, David (Debbie) Teweles and Carol (Tony English) Rosien, her 12 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.

Virginia Mae Teweles was born June 5th, 1928 in Stiles WI. She came from a large family of 6 boys and 6 girls being the youngest girl and 3rd youngest child. Virginia was the last survivor of her family living to 98 years old. Her heritage was German & Irish and she was raised Catholic.

Virginia was married to her husband Dick for 54 years and had 5 children together. She was mainly a stay at home mother & loved baking and decorating cakes for her children & grandchildren. She made homemade jelly, wine, breads, brandy chocolate cherries and other baked goods. Virginia was not only a great mom & grandmother but a wonderful daughter, wife, sister, aunt, friend and neighbor. She was a special grandma & great grandma to 12 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.

She will be dearly missed but the love, traditions and special memories she has passed on to her family will always be cherished.

Visitation on Monday, September 14, 2026 at Krause Funeral Home, 21600. West Capitol Drive, Brookfield, Wisconsin 53072, from 10:00 AM – 11:45 AM. Funeral Service at 12:00 PM. Interment at Wisconsin Memorial Park.
