Thomas Trevor Owen

Thomas Trevor Owen, fondly referred to as Trevor, was born to Thomas Edward and Jean Owen on May 20, 1932, in Uxbridge, England. Trevor, passed away peacefully on April 7, 2025.

As a young boy, he survived the bombing of their family home during the Blitz on London, in WWII. After leaving the UK, he immigrated to Canada to live with cousins before moving to the US. Trevor worked as a Tool & Die Maker with the Ford Motor Company before leaving in1954 to enlist in the US Army. He served in active duty until 1956 after which transferring to the Reserves for the remaining 6 years of his 8-year service commitment.

Trevor continued to work as a Tool & Die Maker in both Wisconsin and Iowa, until his retirement. Trevor was proud of his work ethic as well as his British heritage. Additionally, Trevor enjoyed social gatherings with friends over the years with his membership to North Hills Country Club, and later at Ally’s Bistro. He regularly could be found with a crossword puzzle in hand to pass the time.

Trevor is proceeded in death by both parents, Thomas Edward and Jean Owen, his brother Malcolm Owen, and sister and brother – in – law Pat and Tex Howard. Trevor is survived by his daughter Debbie (Michael) Deschler, his grandchildren, Justin Deschler and Krystal (Michael) Chase. He is further survived by nephews, their families and close friends.

A celebration of Trevor’s life will be on May 20, 2025, from 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM at Ally’s Bistro, N72W13350 Lund Lane Corner of West Good Hope Rpad and, West Appleton Ave, Menomonee Falls, WI 53051. Please join the family for a toast to celebrate Trevor on what would have been his 93rd birthday.
