Thomas “Tom” Richard Dekarske of New Berlin passed away peacefully on December 7, 2025 at the age of 78. Born on July 11, 1947, in Wisconsin Rapids, he was the oldest child of Richard Walter Dekarske and Marian Hazel Dekarske (nee Kroening). Jim and I very much enjoyed our phone time with Tom and Sheri. So many fond memories. We thoroughly appreciated Tom's darling sense of humor which could sneak up on us. He would wait for reactions...very patiently. Tom was a kind, generous person who loved the outdoors. Sheri has been a perfect, steady, loving wife, especially through the last hard times. Much love to you, Sheri. And to the Kroening, Dekarske. Kroll, Hamm, Gibbs, Forster, Durand, Yogurtian, Leek, and other family members who knew Tom well as children. Love, Aunt Nancy
