Passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, November 13, 2016.  Age 74.  Loving and caring husband of Mary (nee Blanck). Cherished father to Laura (Colin) Kattner and Rachelle Tappa. Devoted and proud papa to Ellen, Megan and Sam. Beloved brother of Kathleen Ciardo, Marita Tappa and Patrick (Sharon) Tappa. Preceded in death by his brother James. Dear brother-in-law of Beverly Rutledge and Daniel (Sandy) Blanck. Tom will be missed by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many, many friends.

Visitation at Holy Apostles Catholic Church, 16000 West National Avenue, New Berlin, Wisconsin, on Friday, November 18, 2016 from 9:00 AM until time of Funeral Mass at 11:00 AM.  In lieu of flowers, memorials to Salvation Army or American Heart Association appreciated.

Tom was a friend to many and will be dearly missed.
