I am a school social worker with MPS and worked with Tauni at the end of the 2023-24 school year. Though our time working together was brief, it was truly impactful to me. Her kindness and love she gave to every one of her students, their families and her colleagues spoke volumes about her character. She right away told me all about her daughter, her two sons, her doting husband, her parents, and her beautiful granddaughter, all of whom she shared she adored dearly. It was such an honor to get to work with and support her, even just briefly at Townsend. My deepest and sincerest condolences go out to her family. I am truly so sorry for this insurmountable loss of Tauni. She was truly a one of a kind.

My Dearest 34 years bestie. Never once did we have a spat. You were always there for me and my children, caring for them, feeding, and making them happy. I grieve for you and you put others before yourself. I've been given so many gifts from you, but the biggest gift was you, your love, and faith in God. I'm closer to our Lord, because of you. Never forgotten, always Loved, Dear friend, Tauni. Yours truly, Love your bestie, Judy
