Tamara Lea Jankowski, 59, of Delafield, Wisconsin, passed unexpectedly the morning of Thursday, December 25, 2025 at Froedtert Hospital in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin. Tamara was born on February 13th, 1966 in Brookfield, Wisconsin, the daughter of Richard and Charlene “Charlie” (Krause) Kahn.
Tamara will be remembered by her infectious laugh and her radiant love that filled a room. She cherished her relationship with her children, Jake and Erin, and grandson Czarlye. She always reminded her children to “come from a place of love” and lived out that motto with everything she did; so caring, intentional, and self-less.
Preceded in death by her father Richard Kahn, stepfather Bert Bartlett, grandparents Evelyn Kluever, Frank and Irene LaRosa, Richard L. Jankowski, sister Kelly Gile, and niece Lily Kelly Kahn.
Survived by her mother Charlie, children Jake and Erin (Clint) Jankowski, grandson Czarlye Jankowski, siblings Tracy and Richard Kahn, stepfather Rich Young, her nieces Kacie, Karlie, Sierra and nephew Nick; the father of her children, Scott (Ericka) Jankowski and his family Karen Jankowski, Chris (Crystal) Jankowski, Theresa Wilson, and Jenni (Mike) Martin.
Visitation will be from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM on Sunday, January 11, 2026 at Krause Funeral Home, 21600 West Capitol Drive, Brookfield, Wisconsin, with a service to follow at 2:00 PM.
