The Story of Sekani Lazarion Delarosa-Perry:

Sekani Lazarion Delarosa-Perry was born December 6. 2021 to parents Deauntay Perry and Starkeisha Delarosa; Sekani was 6 pounds at birth and was born with a cleft lip. Sekani’s family was blessed with him for 2 ½ years before he went to his heavenly home. Sekani was baptized January 31, 2022.

Sekani experienced so much love from his loved ones. Sekani’s name means ‘Laughter and Joy” and that’s what he was full of. Sekani was a happy baby that loved to dance, sing, play basketball and watch Paw Patrol. Sekani was so full of life, he loved to smile.

Sekani was preceded in death by his big brother, Lazan Perry, great-grandfather Napoleon, great-uncle Mauriontae Delarosa and cousins Meking Petty, Omauri Henry and Kevin Johnson.

Sekani leaves to cherish in his memory his father Deauntay Perry and mother Starkeisha Delarosa; his god-father Kirby Lockett, his grandmother (babes) Olena Delarosa and Ricardo Lucas, Fatonja (Jose) Oquendo; his brothers Dewon, Deauntay Jr, and sisters Dezariah, Payton, Anaiya, Jaelyn, LonDon, Cimeya, A’Laya, Khaleesi, Za’Riyah, and Malani as well as a host of aunties, uncles and cousins.
