Sandra “Sandy” Joan Henzelmann

Sandra “Sandy” J. Henzelmann (nee Hadler), Age 69, of Hartland, Wisconsin, passed away peacefully on August 10, 2026.

Sandy leaves behind a beautiful legacy of dedication to God and family. She lived a life defined by faith, love, guidance, and laughter, touching the lives of all who had the privilege of knowing her.

Sandy grew up in a loving family that embraced her passion for music. An accomplished violinist, she shared her musical talents with the Milwaukee Touring Youth Symphony from a young age through her early adulthood. While music and her professional career were important parts of her life, nothing compared to the love she had for her family. Her husband, Chris, of 44 years, and her children, Karee and Brian, were her greatest focus and absolute biggest joy.

Professionally, Sandy built a highly successful career in accounting, eventually establishing and running her own accounting and tax preparation business. To her clients, Sandy was so much more than a financial advisor. She became a trusted friend, confidant, and deeply caring life coach to many who crossed her path. She had a remarkable ability to listen, offer wisdom, and make people feel genuinely cared for.

Sandy was known for her wonderful sense of humor and infectious, unmistakably loud laugh that could brighten any room. She possessed a huge and compassionate heart and always seemed to know exactly what comforting words to offer when someone was going through a difficult time. She was also the first to offer enthusiastic praise and encouragement for every accomplishment, whether big or small.

In her later years, Sandy found tremendous joy in making memories with her grandchildren and enjoying weekend getaways with her girlfriends. She cherished these important moments with family and friends and the laughter, love, and friendship they brought to her life.

Sandy is survived by her husband Chris, her daughter Karee (Erik Reichertz) and their children Lukas, Blake, and a daughter expected soon, her son Brian (Katie) and their children Raegan, Drew, and Kaleb, her sister Patricia (Ray Dalman), and many other dear relatives, friends, and clients.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Harvey and Joan Hadler, as well as other beloved aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Sandy will be deeply missed by her family, friends, clients, and all those whose lives she touched. Her faith, laughter, kindness, wisdom, and unconditional love will remain a lasting part of the many lives she made brighter.

A Celebration of Sandy’s life will be held on Tuesday August 18, 2026 at Krause Funeral Home, 21600 West Capitol Drive, Brookfield, Wisconsin, starting with a visitation at 9:00 AM – 10:45 AM. Service at 11:00 AM. A luncheon for family and friends will be held at Thunder Bay Grille at 12:30 PM.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations be made to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation, the Humane Animal Welfare Society of Waukesha County, or Hope Church, causes and communities that were especially meaningful to her.
