Mrs. Sallie Thomas was my former neighbor for many years. She was a humanitarian, caring and compassionate person who always appeared concerned about children, persons with disabilities and the welfare of others in our community. Sallie was a visionary and an innovator who initially began with one Child Care Center but later expanded to three locations. In my opinion she created a “Five Star Child Care Center “. Had computers for children in an effort to prepare them for Pre Kindergarten and education advantage. The environment was immaculate. Delicious and nutritious meals were served. Mrs . Thomas will truly be missed by her family, friends , children and her community. A devastating loss for everyone. “Rest in Peace” 🕊️ 🕊️💗💗 Mrs. Jean Blair &Family

Ms. Sallie was an absolute blessing to me and my family. I was introduced to her through our family pediatrician when she first started Sallies Loveland. My son and one other (Christopher), were 2 of her first kiddos. From there we became like family. Sallies Loveland grew and everyone Ms. Sallie encountered grew, because she poured love and life into them. Both my children went to Sallies Loveland, my nieces, nephews, cousins and friends children all went to Sallies Loveland. Ms. Sallie and the the Thomas family will forever be a significant, impactful part of my story. We will miss you dearly. Thank you for all you have been to us.
Peace of mind is a call away. We’re here when you need us most.

Just wanted to express my condolences to the family of my Cousin Sallie Kate. Mama (Aunt Sister) thought the world of you for picking her up whenever you had a excursion to Iowa. It would brighten her up immediately. She will be greatly missed. Stay strong family. Love Y'all. Wayne Howze

Condolences to the family of Sallie Thomas. I'll never forget when our daughters were Debutants. We worked together at Miller Container. I worked for you at the baby daycare center. You were truly a giver. You are going to be missed. Our many conversations through the years were a Blessing to me.

Mrs. Thomas you will definitely be missed by the kids & I. I use to attend Sallies Loveland when I was a little girl. Use to have sleepovers with Nadia. I felt like I was apart of their family. Grew up & had a family of my own & where did I put my kids ? In Sallies Loveland. My kids loved Mrs. Thomas just as well as I did. I’m so happy I took the kids to visit her last month. Never thought that would be our last visit with her. I am grateful for our last convo. Last laugh. Last hug. I am blessed to have known Mrs. Thomas, even more blessed that she got to see me as a grown woman & got to care for my kids. My thoughts & prayers go out to the family. Mrs. Thomas you are forever in my heart! Until we meet again.

Mrs Sallie & Mr Thomas accepted me & my family as family; knowing I am from Alabama. We consider ouselves extended family. My children & grandchildren attended her daycare. She cared for those children as if they were her own. Mrs Thomas loved hard, always straightforward, God-fearing, giving and compassionate. I will miss our monthly talks; will be missed dearly. Love always, Reggie, Wendy, Allenton, Luna, Micah
