Rod's high school years (1970-73) had so many nostalgic memories for him. Rod graduated Menomonee Falls East High School in June 1973. I have a photo of Rod as a senior from the yearbook. The photo is from October 1972 and Rod is 17.

For the last 43 years, Rod shared in our families, gatherings, making happy memories. I am very saddened especially for my sister, Sue, their children and grandchildren. The life that Rod and Sue created is long lasting and will be cherished and remembered.

Ron Gadzalinski left a message on September 17, 2025:
My sister Sue was the first of my siblings to get married; so Rod was my first brother-in-law when they married on October 9, 1982. Everyone liked Rod and he was a welcomed addition to the family. Sue and Rod renewed their marriage vows on their 10th anniversary in Oct. 1992 and next month would have been their 43rd wedding anniversary. We are all saddened by Rod's unexpected death a week before his 70th birthday and he will be greatly missed, but so many good memories of him will always remain.

Happy 70th Birthday in Heaven Rod. We all wish you were still here to celebrate it. You were more than just a brother-in-law, you were family in every sense of the word. Your kindness and generous spirit left a mark on everyone lucky enough to know you. We miss you deeply--especially today. I hope you are celebrating somewhere peaceful, surrounded by the love of your parents and brother Roger. You are loved. Rest in Peace.
