Robert “Bob” C. Booton

Robert “Bob” C. Booton, age 86 years old, passed away at Oak Park Place on April 25, 2024.

Preceded in death by his mother Margaret Katte and father Joseph Booton, along with his brother Donald and sister-in-law Virginia. Married to Dorothy A. Kubin for 37 years until she passed away in May of 1995.

Robert graduated from St. Johns Cathedral High School. He retired after 32 years from Milwaukee Electric Tool. He enjoyed playing baseball during high school and after. Robert experienced fun summers with family while camping and even became a seasonal camper in Plymouth Rock. Over the years he enjoyed pets, especially dogs and cats. Bowling, riding motorcycles, fishing along with other hobbies were favorite pastimes for him. Bob’s ultimate favorite pastime was playing Sheepshead, winning tournaments along with playing just for fun with family and friends.

Fathered four children Daniel (Leslie Potter and grandson Alex), Michael (Dawn Price), Susan (Steve Ruplinger and grandchildren Sarah {who is married to Eugene Hyun with great grandchildren Gopi and Jonathon} and Scott), Elizabeth (Kirk Schildt and grandchildren Lauren, Dorothy, and Keri).
