My deepest condolences to the family. He was a good, good person. A client of mine decided to swing on him and his partner (Holly) and they restrained my client with the gentleness (though effective) of hands until my client calmed down.

I graduated from Pio Nono High School in 1969. I was fortunate to be a teammate of Richard on the basketball team. Both Richard and I went on to Dominican College in Racine. On occasion I would see him at the Courthouse when he was on duty there as a deputy sheriff. Richard was a great guy and a terrific teammate. He was well liked by everyone who knew him. I am saddened by his loss. My sympathies to his family on the loss. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.
