Peter, it still feels unreal that you are gone. I know we would butt heads a lot but at the end of the day, you were still my friend. You would always make me laugh every night on the Xbox and made gaming a lot of fun. Im going to miss our long gaming sessions and late night banter, it won't be the same without you. I'm going to miss you a lot and I hope that you are at peace. Thank you for everything Peter.

Clive Wells and family left a message on March 19, 2025:
We were in complete shock to hear the news of Peter's passing. It's still so hard to believe. We knew Peter mainly through school and scouting. Our son, Gabe, and Peter were the same age, with birthdays only one day apart. They joined cub scouts together and progressed through cub scouts to the Arrow of Light award and on into boy scouts where they both achieved Eagle Scout rank on the same day. Gabe often refers to Peter as his scouting "twin". Peter was enthusiastic about many thing in scouting but, especially, the shooting sports. He was, also, famously late for almost every meeting and event, usually by about 15 minutes. It was so regular that the other scouts in his patrol coined the term "Peter Time" when ever asked where Peter was. They accepted this was just part of Peter's personality and joked with him about it. When we told Gabe about Peter's passing the very first thing he asked for was a copy of the photograph of him and Peter just after they had both achieved Eagle Scout rank. We'll miss you Peter but look at that photograph and smile at the two most unalike "twins" ever and remember the fun times. Now you're flying with your uncle, Gust, and watching over us as we mourn. Our deepest condolences to your family and other friends and relatives. God Bless.

20 years ago I saw Peter get baptized in the Greek church with his long hair getting dunked 3 times in the holy water. I will miss his goofiness, warm smile and feel for his family with their hearts broken.

First and foremost, my condolences to the Sparangis family. As I sit here with a heavy heart I think of all the memories we made and I’ve only ever seen you once in person. You always were yourself and didn’t switch up for anybody. Thank you for always being a friend to me. Thank you for always making those nights in the Xbox party chat better when I had a bad day. You’ll always be remembered brodie. One LOVE Peter 🤞
