Pastor Montclair Michael Brown was born on September 29, 1939. He was called into the Ministry in the year 1971. He was first called to pastor Calvary Evangelistic Assemblies in St. Croix, Virgin Islands. Overseer Brown established Beth El Deliverance Center Church on the islands of St. Croix in 1991. This is the sister church to Beth El Deliverance Center Church in Milwaukee, which was established in 1999. Certified Honorary Bishop on November 2007, he stood as an obsession against the enemy’s kingdom. Pastor Brown was known to be a man of integrity, steadfast in faith and a dynamic teacher of the Word. Isaiah 50:4-5, “The Lord God hath given me the tongue of the learned, that I should know how to speak a word in season to him that is weary; he wakeneth morning by morning, he wakeneth mine ear to hear as the learned. The Lord God hath opened my ear, and I was not rebellious, neither turned away back.” This scripture exemplifies the ministry of Pastor Brown, a man sold out to the work of God. In his ministerial travels, souls were set free by the operation of the Gifts of the Holy Ghost, though afflicted he continued to do the work of the Lord. He completed the last mile of this life’s journey, October 12, 2016, entering his eternal resting place with the heavenly father. He took his departure from his home surrounded by his loved ones at 9:35am.
