Alles, Michael, born into eternal life peacefully on Tuesday, November 25, 2025, at age 64 unexpectedly.
Loving and devoted husband of Kari Ance for 31 years and cherished father of Karlie Alles. Beloved son of Edeltraud Waschull and Gerard Hubert Valentin Alles. He will be greatly missed by his brothers, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law: Klaus Alles, Frank (Silvia) Alles, Matthias (Amy) Waschull, Kristin (Jeff) Mattson, Randall (Lisa) Kutz, and his nieces and nephews: Manuel Alles, Markus Alles, Cleo Alles, Vivian Alles, Linn Alles, Mack Waschull, Kallyn (Dave) Mattson, Scott (Austin) Mattson, Greg (Kalyn) Kutz, and Katy (Josh) Beyer. Reunited in Heaven with his daughter Karlie Alles and father Gerard Hubert Valentin Alles.
Michael will be remembered as a man of integrity, generosity, and unwavering dedication. Known for his honesty, dependability, and strong sense of duty, he touched the lives of many through his service and character.
Born in Germany, Michael immigrated to the United States, proudly embracing his new home while honoring his German heritage. Driven by ambition and a love for learning, he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee. During this time, he fulfilled his dream of becoming a naturalized U.S. Citizen, a milestone that reflected his deep commitment to his adopted country.
Michael’s devotion to service led him to join the U.S. Army, where he served honorably during Operation Desert Storm as a Military Police Lieutenant Officer. After returning home, he continued his lifelong mission of protecting and serving others by joining the Milwaukee Police Department. Over the years, Michael built a distinguished career, earning respect from colleagues and the community alike. His dedication culminated in his role as a Milwaukee Police Detective, a position he held with pride until his retirement in 2018.
In retirement, Michael embraced life’s next chapter with the same enthusiasm and purpose that defined his earlier years. He remained a source of strength and inspiration to family and friends, cherishing time with loved ones and continuing to live by the values that guided him throughout his life.
Michael’s legacy is one of honor, service, and love—a life well-lived and deeply cherished.

Visitation will be heal at Krause Funeral Home Brookfield, 21600 West Capitol Drive, Brookfield, Wisconsin, on Sunday, January 11, 2026 from 1:00 PM – 3:45 PM with a Service to follow at 4:00 PM.
