Matthew J. Logemann
Found peace with his family by his side at home, on Thursday, April 7, 2022, age 39. Loving husband of Jen. Beloved father of Aili. Cherished son of Gerry and Dorothy Logemann and son-in-law of Lori and Gary Schettler. Precious brother of his twin, Jenn and husband Nate Mesko and Andy and wife Katie Logemann, brother-in-law of Nate and Lucy Schettler. Fun-loving uncle of Lydia, Lexie, Hannah, Emily, Megan, Grace, Tyler and Kate. Further loved and missed by Jen’s grandparents, many aunts, uncles, cousins, devoted friends and his two boys Max and Odie.
Matt was a God-loving, spontaneous, goofy, and devoted soul. An avid sports lover, shoe connoisseur, political sparring opponent, and lover of life. A constant stronghold for his wife. He spent his time swimming, taking risks, traveling extensively with his family, and laughing with his friends, reminiscing about the many shenanigans they found themselves in over the years. His strength, sense of humor and perseverance were awe-inspiring to all those around him and is a testament to his unwavering faithfulness and joyous personality. He will be remembered for his smile and beautiful heart, which will be carried on through his precious daughter, who he loves more than life itself.
Gathering will be held at the Krause Funeral Home, 21600 West Capitol Drive, Brookfield, Wisconsin on Thursday, April 14, 2022, 3:00 PM – 5:45 PM. Celebration of Life of 6:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers, memorials appreciated to Jimmy V. Foundation, an important role model to Matt and inspiration for cancer research.
