Martha F. “Muffy” Moehrke

Martha “Muffy” Moehrke (née Falk) went home to her Lord on December 23, 2025, surrounded by family. Born November 7, 1939 to Louis W. Falk, II and L. Margaret Falk (née Fox) in Milwaukee, WI, Martha was educated at Milwaukee University School and graduated from Boston University. Wife, mother, grandmother, and nurse, she leaves behind a legacy of love, compassion, and deep devotion to God, her family and profession.

Martha was preceded in death by her husband, Don P. Moehrke, in 2007, and her siblings, Louis W. “Tod” Falk, III and Margaret “Penny” Falk.

She is survived by her sons, Scott (Renee), Geoff (Lisa), Pete, and Mark (Maria). She is further survived by her sister, Catherine Young, grandchildren, Kylie, Danielle, Sean, Gabrielle, Andrea, Anya, Chip, and great grandchildren, Millie, Denver, Otto, and Huey.

Thank you so much, mom and grandma, for your love and care over many years. You will be in our hearts until that day when we meet again in the glorious presence of our Lord, Jesus Christ.

A Memorial Service will take place at CrossWay North Shore Church, 2500 West Brown Deer Road, Milwaukee, Wisconsin, on Saturday, January 31, 2026. A Visitation begins at 11:00 AM, with a Service to follow at 12:00 PM. Immediately after the Service, a reception will be held for family and friends at a separate location. Details will be provided at the Service.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to CrossWay Church or the Wisconsin Humane Society.
