Marlene had a life well lived. Family was very special to her. She was blessed to be married into the Pflugradt/Koraleski family which always kept life fun and interesting to say the least.
While raising seven children, Marlene also found a way to work at Briggs & Stratton in manufacturing for 27 years.
After retiring she attended daily mass with Jerry as often as possible. When not feeling well they would watch mass on TV. They began each day by praying and saying a rosary. Marlene’s faith was very strong.
Raising a large family brought about togetherness and laughter. We will never forget all of the good times playing cards and board games, experiencing Mom’s phenomenal Christmas’s and enjoying family adventures camping in our converted school bus.
Marlene was known for decorating for all of the holidays. It brought her much joy. She was also sure to coordinate her clothing and jewelry to fit the occasion.
Marlene will truly be missed by all, young and old. Her good sense of humor and zest for life will not be soon forgotten.
Visitation will take place on Saturday, January 3, 2025 from 10:00 AM until funeral mass at 12:00 PM at Saint Barnabas Catholic Congregation – Holy Assumption Site, 7109 West Orchard Street, West Allis, Wisconsin.
