Marilyn E. Zimmermann (nee Reck) – Called Home on Saturday, May 9, 2026, at the age of 95.

Dear mother of Lynne (Kip) Buelo, Donna (Mike) Southard and Cheryl (Rich) Zeman. Proud grandmother of Katie (Courtney) Klos, Shannon Southard and Bryan (Jackie) Southard, Patrick (Chini) Zeman and Janelle Zeman. Great Grandmother of 12.

Preceded in death by her husband Ralph and her siblings, Donald Reck and Willard (Janis) Reck and her granddaughter Krista Hefter.

Visitation will be held at Krause Funeral Home, 21600 West Capitol Drive, Brookfield, Wisconsin on Friday, May 22, 2026, 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM. Funeral Service at 12:00 PM. Burial to follow at Wisconsin Memorial Park.

My deepest sympathies to you three daughters and families. Marilyn was a dear friend at Atonement Lutheran Church. From quilting, to circles, to WELCA, she was a very enthusiastic, faithful participant. I will miss her positive outlook on life and I know she is in heaven now crocheting blankets for everyone there. I'm sorry I am unable to attend the service. Marty Petersen
