






































































Lonnie Charles Johnson, born on May 21, 1954, in Hayti, Missouri, passed away on February 5, 2025, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
Lonnie dedicated forty-one years of his life to a career at Smithfield’s, where his hard work and perseverance left a lasting impression on colleagues and those who knew him. His dedication to his profession was a testament to his strong work ethic and commitment.
He is lovingly remembered by his children, Cherell, Dionne, and Dante. And his loving companion Debra. He is also survived by his siblings Lula Mae, Octavia, Mae Francis, Ethel Jean, Annie Lee, Bunny Lee, and James Lee. Lonnie leaves behind six granddaughters, two grandsons, two great-granddaughters, two great-grandsons, as well as a host of cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Luerilla and Willie Johnson, and his siblings Willie Jr., Robert Lee, Omelia, and Johnny B.
A Celebration of Life will be held on February 17, 2025, at Krause Funeral Home, located at 9000 W. Capitol Drive in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The visitation will begin at 10:00 AM and service at 12:00 PM.
Lonnie’s memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew him.
