Born into Eternal Life on Monday, April 3, 2023, age 98. Cherished mother to Gloria Phillips, Sammie Jr, Dorothy, Sherry, Connie Ballard, Dennis (Dorothy), Jeffery (Necia), Wanda, and Sandra Wise (Sylvester); sister of W.L. Moore; and grandmother to three generations of grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Bud and Bula Moore; her beloved husband of 54 years, Sammie; son, Robert and daughter, Ernestine Hoover-Williams; one sister, Corrine Hurd; and five brothers, Albert, C.L., Jim, Ben, and Charles Moore.

Visitation is on Saturday, April 15, from 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM at Calvary International Worship Centre, 2122 North Halyard Street, Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Service at 11:00 AM. Burial at Glen Oaks Cemetery, Milwaukee.
