Joined his beloved wife Lucille, Friday September 22, 2017 at the age of 98. Kenneth is survived by his children, Michael (Karla) Wuerl, Mark (Dawn) Wuerl and Monica (Gary) Roux. I sorry and sad at your news. I remember the family.parties at Aunt Nettie's and how uncle Kenn always brought his accordion to lift us up with his music. Now he is with aunt Lucille. May God help you through this time.

I offer my sympathy to the family of Mr. Kenneth Wuerl. I was a choral music student under Mr. Wuerl at Kosciuszko Junior High in the 1960s and still recall his way of making music fun! I later came to appreciate his expanding our interest and exposure to world music. In my memory I can still him at the piano accompanying himself as he sang 'La Paloma' and stretched out the phrase 'from Lima to far Pay-ruuu!' Later in my life I heard and met Victor Borge and told him how Mr. Wuerl reminded me of him. I liked and admired Mr. Wuerl deeply and I know my fellow students did as well. He was a grand fellow and a great teacher.

I am so sorry. I just heard the news of Uncle Ken's passing. My thoughts, prayers and love are with the whole family. I am sad to miss the celebration of his life as I am out of state helping with hurricane relief. Many hugs to you all.
