Kaye Ann Meyer (nee Billings) born October 19, 1937 peacefully joined Heavens Angels on Saturday, February 17, 2024. Kaye was preceded in death by her mother Blanche, and father Roy; brothers, Noel and Zeb, as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. Those left behind include her son Brad (Vesna) Meyer, daughter Beth (Jim) Bannantine; grand children Dylan Meyer, Daniel (Courtney) Meyer, Michael Bannantine, Matthew Bannantine, Amy Bannantine; great grand child Layla Bannantine; as well as many nieces, nephews and friends.
Kaye was an amazing, intelligent, independent, fun-loving woman, who was a bright force that loved life and left a lasting impression on everyone she met. She enjoyed football, poker, hosting, nature, animals and loved to laugh. She graduated from Wauwatosa West High School and UW-Madison. Kaye started her work career at MaBell and moved on to WOKY, then WISN as an account sales executive, which she retired from.
Kaye will be truly missed by all and will remain in our hearts and memories eternally. We love you forever.
Krause Funeral Homes in New Berlin will prepare Kaye for her eternal transition thru cremation and private viewing.
Burial and ‘Celebration of Life Memorial’ to take place on Friday, March 22, 2024:
- The burial of Kaye’s remains will be at 1:30 PM at Highland Memorial Park Cemetery, 14875 West Greenfield Avenue, New Berlin, Wisconsin.
- The memorial will be at 3:00 PM at Miss Katie’s Diner, 1900 West Clybourn Street, Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
