Passed away peacefully, Monday, February 6th, 2017 at Zilber Hospice in Wauwatosa, WI. Age 70. Beloved mother of Michelle (John) Jenkins and Stacie (Benjamin) Spicer. Grandmother of Jazzmyne (Brent) Adams. She was preceded in death by her mother, Rosa Manske, her father Eddie B. James, and brother Glen Jenkins. She leaves to cherish her memory, brothers Barry Starks, Anthony Jenkins, Steve Jenkins, Otis Moore, Rex Garland, Terry Deer and Derrick James. She is loved by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
