Julia Ann Wartchow passed away on January 20, 2025 at St. Luke’s Hospital, Milwaukee. She was born in Indianapolis, Indiana on January 5, 1963 and was a graduate of Whitefish Bay High School (Class of 1981). I have always remembered you..... you were born with serious health issues. Hardly anyone remembered that... I Did. I never forgot you. And Never remembered how the naughty girls tortured you. Always I have held you in my heart.

My favorite memories of Julia were numerous times on the way to or from Cumberland school. Julia's house was halfway between mine and the school, and we'd often meet up walking at the same time. The crossing guard, Emil of famous Emil's corner, would always make us laugh. Julia had a warm heart.
