Joan G. Oehmcke (nee Salamone)

Passed into Eternal Life on January 12, 2024 at age 81. Loving wife of James R. for 60 years. Devoted mother of Janet, John (Kersten), and James P. (Denise). Proud grandmother of William, Olivia, James J., and Anna. Sister of Joseph (Margaret), James (Barbara), Thomas (Susan), and Donald (Janet). Sister-in-law of Kathleen Borner. Further survived by additional family members and friends.

Joan always put her husband and family first. When she wasn’t caring for them, you could find her in her garden or sewing room creating something special. She will be loved, remembered and missed.

Visitation at St. Joan of Arc Parish, 120 Nashotah Road, Nashotah, WI, on Friday, January 26 from 10:00 AM – 11:45 AM. Mass of Christian Burial at 12:00 PM. Private burial.

Memorials appreciated to the church.
