Born to Eternal Life surrounded by his family on March 4, 2024 at age 81.. Beloved husband of Olga (nee Wien) for 59 years. Loving Dad of Brian (Sue), Christine (Trae) James, Dean (Nicole), and Deanne (Eddie) Lemay. Proud grandpa of Andrew (Emily), Amy, Nate, and James; his step-grandkids, and great-grandkids. Brother of Robert and the late Richard. Also loved by special nieces Debi and Ginger, as well as other relatives and friends.
Jim graduated from Pius High School where he played basketball and baseball. During his childhood he and his family enjoyed time spent at Lake Puckaway. He worked at Production Tool as a Tool and Die maker for 30+ years. He and Olga were members of Corpus Christi Parish and very active in scouting, sports, bingo, bowling, coaching, and festival programs. He and his family enjoyed spending time at his parents property in Oxford, WI. Jim enjoyed fishing (especially Lake Michigan), deer and duck hunting, spending time outdoors, and the companionship of dogs throughout his life starting with his first dog Jasper. Later in life, he loved watching his grandchildren play in sporting events.
Visitation at Krause Funeral Home Brookfield on Friday, March 15, 2024 from 3:00 PM – 5:45 PM. Funeral Service at 6:00 PM . Burial at Holy Cross Cemetery Milwaukee on Saturday, March 16, 12:30 PM . Please meet at office at 12:15 PM.
