James L. Jaehnig Passed away on February 23, 2023 at age 81. Brother of Richard (Lois) Jaehnig. To the family of Jim Jaehnig,
I'm sending condolences on my own behalf and on behalf of many of Jim's shipmates while in service with the Naval Reserve and Naval Security Group. He was my CO for a reserve unit in Clifton, NJ long ago (either the 70's or 80's) and he was a regular attendee at our Naval Reserve reunions until his move to Wisconsin. I just came across Jim's obituary when I realized I hadn't heard from him in some time. I'm sad to learn of his passing.
