James Chapleau

August 28, 1940 - November 4, 2016
Passed away, surrounded by his loving family, Friday November 4, 2016 at the age of 76. Dear husband of Sharon. Proud father of Kristine and Matthew Chapleau. Brother of Craig (the late Flo) Chapleau and Joan Virnig. Uncle of Mark, Burt, Kim and Shane. Also survived by other family and friends.

Jim was passionate about the provision of quality mental health care. He earned his undergraduate and graduate degrees from UW-Madison. He was a lifelong fan of the Badgers and Packers. He was an avid golfer, chess player, and handball player

Following Jim’s wishes a private memorial will be held. The family would like to thank ProHealth Care for their compassionate care.
