I’m so very saddened and hurt by the death of Jammari. We loose far to many children in this city to gun violence, no one knows that better than me. I’m sorry that we (government), haven’t done more to protect the lives of the people of Milwaukee, especially our children from gun violence, and I’m so very, very sorry his family and friends have to go through the heartbreak and pain of burying a child that should’ve had his whole life ahead of him.
