Hensel T. Lee “Hans” – Passed away peacefully on February 15, 2023 at age 80.

Cherished husband of Susan Lee (nee Dejno). Loving father of Sherry (John) Jrolf and Jodi (John) Eibl. Proud grandpa of Amanda (Nate) Bolt, John (Beth) Eibl, Christina (Josh) Del Rosario, Rosalie Jrolf, Gina Jrolf, Anthony Jrolf. Great-grandpa of JD Eibl, Jake Eibl, Eli Eibl, and Everett Bolt. Dear brother of Lois (James) Walek, the late Charles Lee and the late Lonnie (Katie) Lee. He is further survived by additional family and friends.

Hans’ passion was rummaging for antiques and collectables. He enjoyed golfing, watching his grandkids sporting events, fishing trips in Canada, strawberry picking, and occasional trips to the casino. He was the owner of Susie Q’s Tavern in New Berlin for 18 years. Hans was incredibly social and loved having a good time with family and friends, but most of all, he loved and adored his grandkids above all else.

He was one in a million, and will be missed.

Visitation at Holy Apostles Church, 16000 West National Avenue, New Berlin, Wisconsin, on Tuesday, February 28, from 10:00 AM – 11:45 AM. Mass of Christian Burial at 12:00 PM.
