Henry “Hank” F. Zinda, Jr.

Died peacefully Saturday, February 15, 2020, at the age of 82. Beloved husband of the late Elizabeth Zinda (nee Strzyzewski). Loving father of Michelle (John) Hagen and Renee (Brian) Heid. Devoted grandfather of Valerie Hagen (Daniel Dennis), Heidi Hagen, Ashley and Jacob Heid. Dear brother of Eileen (the late Donald) Winger and the late Donald Zinda. Brother-in-law of the late Cecile Loreck. Favorite uncle of Natalie (John) Bartoszewicz and Kurt (Kara) Loreck.  He is also survived by other relatives and friends.

Hank proudly served in the US Army from 1955-1958. He returned and married the love of his life, Elizabeth Strzyzewski, on June 17, 1961. He was a proud and doting father to daughters Michelle and Renee.

Hank was a car enthusiast and was able to work in and retire from the automotive industry. He was most proud and happiest running Grandpa Hank’s Daycare. His world revolved around Valerie, Heidi, Ashley and Jacob, and along with Grandma Betty was instrumental in helping them become the kind, responsible and loving people they are today.

Hank loved his Polish heritage, Brett Farve, the Green Bay Packers, and his Chrysler 300.

Visitation to be held at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, 3100 South 41st Street,  Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Saturday, February 22, 2020, from 9:30 A.M. to 10:45 A.M. Mass of Christian burial at 11:00 A.M. Burial to follow at St. Adalbert Catholic Cemetery.
