Harold W. Junek

Harold W. Junek – Passed away peacefully at home on Friday, June 9, 2023 at age 96.

Preceded in death by his parents, Edward and Stella Junek and his brother, Edward Junek. Beloved husband and best friend of Joyce (nee Kirschnik) Junek for 75 years.  Loving and devoted father of Gregory (Mary) Junek and Jeff (Cindy) Junek. Proud grandpa of Jenny, Michael (Nicole), Lyssa (Bret), Danny (Megan) and Ashley (Mike). Cherished great-grandfather of Lilly, Clara, Nolan and Savana. Dear uncle of Debra, Diane, Denice, Bonnie, Bobby and Vicky. Further survived by his sister-in-law Joan Junek, other relatives and friends. 

Harold proudly served in the U.S. Navy. He worked as a plumber and was a member of Plumber’s Local 75 for 44 years. He was a life member of American Legion for 50 years. Harold was a member of Beautiful Savior Lutheran Church in Milwaukee. He will be remembered as a loving husband, father and grandfather.

Committal prayers followed by Military Honors on Saturday, July 8^th at Highland Memorial Park 14875 W. GREENFIELD AVE. NEW BERLIN, WI at 1:00 PM.  Please meet at cemetery entrance.
