Joined her husband Dr. Francis B. Landis in God’s loving arms on September 22, 2023 at age 102. Loving mother of Charles Landis. Grandmother of four and great-grandmother of six. Preceded in death by her sons Richard and John, her siblings Myrtle, Elton, Donald and her parents Emil and Pearl Krueger.

Goldie was a registered nurse and met her husband at Milwaukee County Hospital in 1941. They were married February 15, 1944 in New Orleans, LA while Dr. Landis was in service.

Goldie Krueger Landis, wife of Dr. Francis B. Landis for 68 years. Beloved mother of Richard W. Landis of Greenfield, Wisconsin, Charles Gilda Landis of Glendale, Wisconsin and John D. (Laura) Landis of Colby, Wisconsin. She is further survived by her dearest Grandsons Jonathon (Linda) Landis and Peter (Julia) Landis. Granddaughter of Amy (James) English. Great-Grandsons Brandan, Zachary and Matthew Landis. Christopher, Eric and Michael English. Great-granddaughter Sophia Landis and Grandson Eathen Landis. Proceeded in death by parents, brothers Donald and Elton Krueger and sister Myrtle King. Grandson David Landis and Great-Great Grandson Bentley English of Colby, Wisconsin.

Visitation at Krause Funeral Home, 12401 West National Avenue, New Berlin, Wisconsin on Monday, October 2, 2023 from 4:30 PM – 6:15 PM. Funeral Service at 6:30 PM. Burial at Wisconsin Memorial Park.
