(nee Koehler) Passed away peacefully on Sunday, October 16, 2016. Age 85. Preceded in death by her husband, Lyle Schenk; her parents; and several brothers and sisters. Loving mother of Glenn Schenk and Alan Schenk. Cherished grandma of Angela Artuso. Proud great-grandma of Katlynn, Robert and Alyssa. Dear sister of Maxine “Mickey” (Dean) Proper. Further survived by other relatives and friends.

Visitation at Krause Funeral Home, 12401 West National Avenue, New Berlin, Wisconsin on Saturday, October 22, 2016 from 10:00 AM to 11:15 AM. Funeral Service at 11:30 AM. Procession to Highland Memorial Park.

Geri retired after a 40 plus years career in nursing.
