Gail D. (nee Berling) Silbernagel passed away November 26, 2025.
Gail was born March 3, 1941, in Milwaukee, WI to Rudolph and Dorothy (nee Opitz) Berling.
She was a graduate of Beloit Memorial High School, Class of 1958, was an accountant with her own business “Bookkeeping Unlimited” from 1981 to 2021. She enjoyed spending time with her family, was an avid bowler, loved puzzles, her pet parakeets and visits to the casino.
Gail is preceded in death by her husband, parents and close family members, Edward G. Silbernagel, Rudy and Dorothy Berling, William J. Oldfield, Bruce and Cherie Berling,
Rodger Middleton, Ron Riddle and Colin Malnory-Silbernagel.
Survived by her sisters Marcia (Whitney) Graves and Sharon Middleton, her children John (Karen) Oldfield, Jim (Kelly) Oldfield, Jackie (Steve Saul) DiCostanzo, and Jodi (Bill Heller) Oldfield, stepchildren Joe (Jan) Silbernagel, Tom (Margaret) Silbernagel, Kathy (Bob) Nelson, Matt (Theresa) Silbernagel and Patty Riddle, many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
A Visitation will be held at Krause Funeral Home, 21600 West Capitol Drive, Brookfield, Wisconsin, on Tuesday, December 16, 2025, 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM. Funeral Service at 12:00 PM. Burial to follow at Valhalla Memorial Park.
