Fred “Ferdley” Butze entered into Eternal Life on February 27, 2024 at the age of 89.

Beloved father of Keith (Margo) and Lori (David) Goodnetter. Proud grandfather of Alex and Sam. He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Katie; their son, Greg; and his sister, Mary.

Fred enjoyed sports, racing, music, hunting and fishing. He loved to laugh and tell a good joke. He enjoyed an ice cold PBR and was known as the Cookie Cruncher because he couldn’t pass up a chocolate chip cookie. Fred was a truck driver, and after retirement volunteered to drive seniors to appointments.

A Visitation will be held from 9:30 AM – 11:00 AM on Tuesday, March 5, 2024 at St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church, 3970 North 92 Street, Milwaukee. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11:00 AM.

His presence and sense of humor will be missed.
