Dear Dzodzi and family, I would like to share some fond memories of the late Mrs. Evelyn Ac-Lumor. I had the privilege of meeting her on a few occasions, and she left a lasting impression on me. I vividly recall a moment in the early 2000s in Hohoe, Ghana, when she and Efo. Dzodzi came to visit the old man. She was vibrant, graceful, and a joy to be around. Fast-forward to around 2005/2007, I again had the pleasure of enjoying her delicious banku and okro soup at her marital home in La Paz, Accra, together with Dzodzi and Bro Atsu Snr. The meal, her warmth, and the atmosphere of love and togetherness remain memorable to this day. She was affectionate, welcoming, and full of life. Her love and admiration for her husband were beautiful to witness — seeing her share a meal from the same plate with Fo. Dzodzi was truly touching. I am grateful for the opportunity to have met her in person 🙏🏾 May her gentle soul rest in perfect peace.
