(nee Woelfert) Was reunited and is now together forever with her husband, Melvin “Bud” Hug of 63 years on January 24, 2017, at age 96. Loving Mother of Barbara (Tom) Thompson, JoAnne (Jerome) Bruno and Patricia (Ronald) Nagy. Loving grandmother of Janet Thompson, Thomas (Karen) Thompson, Christopher (Erin) Thompson, Sandra (Gregg) Jaeger, Jerome Bruno, Scott (Diane) Nagy, James (Kim) Bruno and Debbie Bruno. Great-grandmother of Kristen, Nicholas, Cameron, Megan, Katlyn, Kyle, Evan and Emma. Also loved by other relatives and friends. Eva enjoyed gardening, roses, orchids, and geraniums. She made delicious apple pies, chocolate chip and oatmeal raisin cookies. She was a “Packer’s Backer” and avid Badger’s fan.

Visitation will be at Krause Funeral Home, 9000 West Capitol Drive, Milwaukee, Wisconsin, on Monday, January 30, 2017, from 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM. Funeral service at 12:00 PM.

I'm am so sorry for your loss. I work with Debbie at Kohl's credit and from the stories that Debbie has shared, it sounds like Eva was a great person and had a full life and might have been a little spunky...maybe that is where Debbie gets it from!!! I hope you find comfort in of knowing that she is with Melvin and at peace in her eternal home with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. May God wrap his loving arms around all of you during this difficult time. Try to keep in mind that this isn't "Good-Bye"....it's "So Long for now and I'll see you later" Blessings to all......
