After 93 amazing years, Ed passed away peacefully on Thursday, February 8, 2024. He is survived by his son Troy Berglin (Tina Berglin) and daughter Tara Fierro. He was a loved grandpa to Quinn Berglin and Jordan Berglin. He was the longest lasting Berglin being preceded in death by his 5 siblings Al, Lee, Karl, Anna Ruth, and Lloyd.

We will all miss Ed and his incredible ability to make us smile and laugh. Very few people can brighten your day the way Ed could. An Army veteran and business owner, he was a longtime member of the YMCA in Waukesha where he mostly spent his time joking around with the other members and staff. He was a regular at Geneva Lakes Kennel Club and loved his years owning a racing greyhound. Ed spent much of his later years attending Pewaukee sporting events, watching his grandkids compete, and of course, interacting with those in attendance. Vegas trips, EN Berglin & Son softball games, golf outings. If there were people present, Ed was having a good time and there were people around him smiling.

Funeral services will be held Monday, February 26, 2024 at Krause Funeral Home, 21600 West Capital Drive, Brookfield, Wisconsin 53072. Visitation from 4:00 PM – 5:15 PM. Service at 5:30 PM. Burial the following day at Southern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery.
