Entered God’s loving arms, Wednesday, February 3, 2021, at the age of 87. Beloved husband of the late Irene Lohr. Loving father of Debbie (Terry) Hansen and Denise (Donn) Johnson. Proud Pops of Katie (Dave), Robin (Ryan), Teresa (Karl), Brad (Erin), and Todd (Melissa). Great Pops to Carolyn, Ethan, Violet, Eliza, Billy, Ben, Maggy, Brodie, Kamren, Max, Crew, and Alice. Cherished brother of Wayne (Nancy) Lohr, Claire Kutz, Donald (Caroline)Lohr, and Susan (James) Reynolds. Douglas is survived by other relatives and friends.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Melvin and Verna Lohr.

Doug served his country in the U.S. Air Force. He faithfully served WE Energies for 37 years in the forestry division. Doug was a longtime active member of Loving Shepherd Evangelical Lutheran Church.

Visitation to be held at Krause Funeral Home, 12401 West National Avenue, New Berlin, Wisconsin on Saturday, February 6, 2021, from 10 AM to 11:15 AM. Service at 11:30 AM. Burial to follow at Highland Memorial Park, 14875 West Greenfield Avenue, New Berlin, Wisconsin.
