Passed away peacefully on August 19, 2018 at the age of 90. Loving husband of the late Patricia. Beloved dad of Debra (significant other Daniel Wilke) Unger, Karen (Larry) Lepley, and Scott (Mary) Weger. Loving grandpa of Joshua (Diana), Nicholas (Lisa) Unger, Nathaniel (Jennifer) Unger, Michael (Kathryn) Lepley, Sara (David Haefemeyer) Lepley, Andrew Weger, and Natalie (John) Hocker. Great grandpa of Jade, Lindsey, Carter, Brecan, Hazel, and Graham. Dear brother of Carole Wiegand and Georgia Tubbs. Also loved by other family and friends.

Donald graduated from UW-Milwaukee and served in the US Navy. He was a member of the Sports Car Club of America and enjoyed photography, and scale modeling (both cars and railroad cars). He was a long time employee of Roundy’s Food Store. Don enjoyed time spent with his dogs Ginger, Sadie, and Duts.

Visitation at Guardian Angel Chapel at St. Camillus Assisted Living, 10101 West Wisconsin Avenue, Wauwatosa, Wisconsin on Monday, August 27, 2018, from 11:00 AM to 12:00 noon. Funeral Mass at 12:00 noon. Private burial at Wisconsin Memorial Park.

Karen & Larry and family, Our deepest sympathies to all of you in the loss of Don. Many fond memories of Don and Bernice at Brookfield Gardens so many years ago. Bernice passed away in 2009.
