Passed away unexpectedly, Saturday February 27, 2021, at the age of 32. Dominique was the beloved son of Reginald Pickens and Desiree Morton. He was the loving stepson of Julie Landry and brother of Sydney Marie Pickens. Dominique was the cherished grandson of Willis Pickens and Alton Alexander Sr. Dominique was preceded in death his by grandmothers, Margie Ann Pickens, and Mary E. Alexander. He was also preceded in death by two uncles, Alton Alexander, Jr., and James Lee Alexander.
Dominique is survived by a host of great aunts, great uncles, aunts, uncles, godparents, cousins, other loving relatives, and dear friends.
Dominique was pursuing his career as an Electrician at Wisconsin Regional Training Partnership-Big Step.
He worked as an Electrical Apprentice at his Dad’s company- Electrical Solutions. Dominique also enjoyed home improvements and assisted contractors Ali Technologies Inc (Bamidele Ali) and NUMEROUS HANDZ LLC (Annette Alexander) with home improvement project. Dominique was also great at helping contractors find other projects.
Dominique received his formal education through the MPS School System. He graduated from Vincent High School Class of 2007.
His hobbies included fishing with his Dad, chess, basketball since the age of 3 (Kobe Bryant fan for life), football, reading, writing and the stock market. Dominique always made time for his family including his younger cousins and friends. Dominique enjoyed writing music. A list of his personal songs he wrote and recorded.

He also helped several friends and other local artists with their music careers.
Dominique enjoyed laughter and sitting around with his family/friends listening to jokes. His nick name “Tiger” given to him at by his Auntie Terryl came from his hearty appetite. He enjoyed food-Lamb chops, fruits/vegetables, pecans were all his favors. Dominique had an amazing smile that we all will remember, and he also enjoyed his life to the fullest. If Dominique were still on this earth his message would be- “Believe in your dreams”.
Visitation for Dominique will be held at Krause Funeral Home, 9000 West Capitol Drive, Milwaukee, Wisconsin on Saturday March 20, 2021, from 11:00 AM to 12:45 PM. Dominique’s celebration of life will immediately follow at 1:00 PM, private service, immediate family only.
