D’Andre Dumas

D’Andre Earl Dumas, 35, affectionately known as “Diesel”, was born March 6, 1991, in Springfield, Illinois to La’ Vendree P. Dumas and Robert E. Webb, Jr.  D’Andre departed this life on Monday, August 31, 2026, at his home in Milwaukee, Wisconsin surrounded by his family.

Diesel loved mathematics!  He traded stocks.  He was willing to teach anyone – how to “Option Trade,” and access capital.  A member of the “Wall Street Looks Like US NOW,” investment group.  A rabid Pittsburgh Steelers fan, who diagnosed the game as a head coach for hours with his brother, Toussaint.  D’Andre played middle linebacker and fullback in high school earning three Varsity Letters.  A Blue Belt in martial arts at the Chin Be College of Martial Arts. D’Andre mastered Kung Fu – learning 2 different animals’ styles.

Almost two years ago, D’Andre was diagnosis with Stage IV Colon Cancer.  Undeterred, D’Andre continued to serve the Nation as a soldier. He obtained his Texas Real Estate License working for REMAX as an agent.  He had an associate’s degree in business. Diesel exhibited a fierce desire and indomitable spirit to defeat his diagnosis.  He charged into his treatment knowing what lay ahead as a husband, father and big brother to his family.  He did not yield.  He did not despair.  He did not lose faith.  He conquered the illness by the way he continued to live his life.

Anyone who encountered D’Andre was in the presence of a wonderful God-fearing Man!  D’Andre embodied the Army Core Values – Loyalty, Duty, Respect, Self-Service, Honor, Integrity and Personal Courage.  He served our Nation for twelve years obtaining the rank of Staff Sergeant as a 25 Hotel (Network Communications Systems Specialist).  D’Andre was awarded the National Defense Service Medal; Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal (2^nd Award) for serving in both Iraq and Afghanistan Theater of Operations. He received the Army Commendation Medal (3^rd Award); Army Achievement Medal (8^th Award); Good Conduct Medal (4^th Award) and Expert Marksmanship Badge with Rifle Bar.

While stationed in Okinawa, Japan, D’Andre met and fell in love with Aimi and her two children – Makoto and Maana.  After their marriage, Nia and Nya blessed their union. They lived in El Paso, Texas from 2022 until February of 2026. He moved to Milwaukee, Wisconsin to continue his medical treatment.  D’Andre continued to work as a real estate agent and property owner for his business M & N LLC.

D’Andre leaves behind: his wife Aimi Dumas; daughters Maana Dumas, Nia Dumas and Nya Dumas; his son Makoto Dumas; his brothers Gulian Maxey (Charlotte, NC) and Robert T. Webb (Brooklyn, NY); his sisters Jordan S. Webb (Lanham, MD), Shanya K. Moore (Springfield, IL) and Naija C. Moore (Springfield, IL); his cousins Gavin Webb (Springfield, IL), TSGT Lorenzo L. Dumas (Dumfries, VA), TSGT Khrystian L. Dumas (Phoenix, AZ) and Deshon J. Caldwell (Bellville, IL).

Visitation will held from 10:00 AM – 11:45 AM. Funeral Service at 12:00 PM on Sunday, September 13, 2026 at Krause Funeral Home, 7001 West Brown Deer Road, Milwaukee, Wisconsin
