Passed away peacefully Wednesday, July 5, 2023 at age 81.  Preceded in death by his parents, John and Opal Middleman, brother, Earl Middleman, sister, Julia Conway and very special friend and life partner, Donna.  Dear brother-in-law of William Conway. Survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, friends and bar patrons.

Dale was the proud owner of Dale’s of Milwaukee for 50 years.  His bar was known for their soups and sandwiches and with his sister, Julia compiled a soup cookbook.  He proudly served in the U.S. Navy.   Member of Masonic Waukesha Lodge #37  F. & A.M. and a member of the Tripoli Shriner in the clown unit as Happy, Happy the clown.  In High School Dale excelled in swimming winning State Championship for Lincoln High School.  He continued to be an avid swimmer even in his retirement years.  Dale will be remembered and missed by many.

Visitation Thursday, July 13th at Krause Funeral Home from 3:00 PM to 6:15 PM. Masonic Service at Waukesha Lodge #37  F.& A.M. at 6:30 PM followed by Funeral Service, all to take place at Krause Funeral Home.  Interment Highland Memorial Park 14875 West Greenfield Avenue New Berlin, WI  Friday, July 14th at 11:30 AM.
