She was the beloved sister of John (Bridget) and a loving aunt to Christopher. Connie is now reunited with her parents, Quentin and Rosalea (Francaviglia) Oliva, as well as her aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Connie was a proud graduate of St. John’s Cathedral High School and Mount Mary College. She dedicated her career to the healthcare industry, working as an X-ray technician, an insurance claims processor, and later as a medical coder.
Her passions included politics, history, and Italian culture. Connie loved to read and expand her knowledge in these areas. She also generously volunteered her time, serving on the board of the Italian Community Center.
Known as the unofficial family historian, Connie was a wealth of knowledge and kept everyone captivated with stories of the family’s early days in the United States. With her passing, many cherished family stories will be lost.
Connie’s love for baking brought joy to her family, making dessert a much-anticipated part of family meals.
Above all, Connie truly loved her family. As an aunt and godmother to Christopher, she took her responsibilities seriously, acting as his advocate, advisor, and “lawyer.” Her quick wit and loving presence will be sorely missed.
Visitation to be held on Tuesday, April 22, 2025, from 9:30 AM to 10:45 AM at Krause Funeral Home, 12401 West National Avenue, New Berlin, Wisconsin. Service to follow.
