Passed away suddenly on April 22, 2026 peacefully with his daughters at his side. Loving father of Lindsay (Teig) Whaleysmith and Casey Miller. Caring grandfather of Sincere, Selah, Sidney, Saoirse, Carter, and Harrison. He is also survived by his brother Peter.

Chris was a dedicated Long Shoreman at the Port of Milwaukee, where he spent all of his working career, was a proud union member, and made many friends along the way. We hope he continues watching his favorite teams: Milwaukee Brewers, Green Bay Packers, and Detroit Lions, from his final resting place.
